A life-long St. Louisan, Daniel F. Harvath is the founder and managing member of Harvath Law Group, LLC. He has practiced from four sides of the courtroom: as a clerk to a federal trial judge, as a clerk to a federal appellate judge, as a "Big Law" defense litigator, and as a plaintiff's attorney.
He spent seven years as a senior litigator at a "Big Law" firm defending national and multinational corporations. He now represents the consumers on the other side, and he knows what a company's lawyers will look for, because he used to look for it.
Mr. Harvath believes the law is society's "great equalizer." He has spent his career across the table from national and multinational corporations, and he is a trial lawyer at heart.
