DAN HARVATH, ESQ.

MANAGING MEMBER, ATTORNEY

ST. LOUIS

A life-long St. Louisan, Daniel F. Harvath is a managing member of Harvath Law Group, LLC.  Mr. Harvath has experienced and engaged in the practice of law from four distinct angles: he worked as a federal district trial clerk, a federal appellate court clerk, a "Big Law" corporate defense attorney, and a high-stakes plaintiff's attorney.

The depth and breadth of Mr. Harvath's experience gives him a level of insight into the legal system that very few attorneys can match. While Mr. Harvath aids his clients through earlier-stage resolution of disputes, Mr. Harvath is a trial attorney at heart, and prepares every case he handles to be won in resounding fashion at trial.

Mr. Harvath is a firm believer in the concept that the law serves as society's "great equalizer" and, because of his mastery of the same, is a fearless litigator who cannot be intimidated. Over the course of his career, Mr. Harvath has succesfully taken on formidable adversaries that include numerous multi-national corporations, state, city, and municipal governments and, when necessary to pursue true justice for his clients, the police departments of St. Louis City, St. Louis County and Peoria, Illinois.
