WHAT MISSOURI LAW ALLOWS
Under the MMPA, the Firm can seek actual damages, an order stopping the deceptive practice, and attorney's fees assessed against a company found to have violated the Act. Where the evidence shows a company knew its label was false and kept selling the product, the Firm can seek punitive damages where Missouri law permits.
