In 2012, Daniel Harvath co-lead a team of attorneys in order to obtain exoneration of George Allen Jr. Allen (Mo.App. W.D. 2012), an innocent man who served 30 years in prison for crimes he did not commit.  Read the full story at Innocence Project.

In 2013, Daniel Harvath successfully filed suit seeking over $100,000 against a reality company that failed to properly inspect a lot upon which real estate would be built.  As such, a $1.1 million dollar home was constructed on merely fill dirt, rather than suitable land, causing large cracks in the walls after only three years of residence.  Read the full story in the Madison-St. Clair Record.
