NICHOLAS H. WEIL, ESQ.
ATTORNEY
WASHINGTON D.C.
Nick Weil has built a career on legal research & writing over many practice areas and in both objective and adversarial styles. As clerk for a Hawaii Supreme Court justice and extern for a United States magistrate judge, he became an expert in communicating with jurists. As staff attorney for the U.S. House of Representatives, he investigated statutory ambiguities, absurdities, and dead cross-references to repair them in accordance with the drafters' intentions. While earning a master's degree in forensic linguistics, Weil used technical processes to investigate language-based evidence of legal theories such as trademark dilution or authorship analysis.
It is within this vast array of experience that Weil has developed his craft, and brings this knowledge to Harvath Law Group in order to advance its mission.
